InPhocus is a brand new show from PhocusWire and Phocuswright - where the media and research divisions of our family unite for a regular dissection of the news, issues and trends in travel, tourism, hospitality and technology.
For the first episode, with a huge amount of inevitability, we discuss events of the last few weeks and how the global industry has arrived where it is now: travel bans, countries on lock-down and large swathes of the industry getting extremely nervous.
Travel's anxiety and its vulnerability to the outbreak of coronavirus are becoming extremely obvious, so it's an important starting point for the launch of InPhocus.
Fronting the show for its debut are PhocusWire's Kevin May and Charuta Fadnis, Phocuswright's head of research. They're joined by their boss and Phocuswright's managing director, Pete Comeau.
InPhocus will be available very soon in all the usual places, so we'll let you know when you can subscribe. The show will be fronted by various members of the Phocuswright and PhocusWire teams, as well as featuring guests from around the industry.
